The definition of feminism is equality for all genders and the photos I took represents the male role in feminism. Toxic masculinity creates a stereotype that men have to be tough and strong but this is damaging and men should feel free to express their emotions and femininity. Toxic masculinity is a product of the patriarchy which hinders both men and women, highlighting the fact that feminism is for men too. Feminism is for everyone. In order to get my theme across I took photos of my boyfriend, who is a feminist, celebrating what toxic masculinity criticises.
